17. Release and Covenant Not to Sue
A. Release. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and in consideration of the commitments in this Privacy Policy, you (on behalf of yourself and your heirs, assigns, and representatives) release and forever discharge the Carpet Guys and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to the collection, use, disclosure, retention, or protection of personal information to the extent the Company’s conduct is in material compliance with this Privacy Policy.
